I was able to attend Coffee and Conversation with the Superintendent on Friday at the district office. The presentation was part of the Moving Forward Together community engagement series that Dr. Champa and Marks Stotts, director of finance, have put together to inform the community about district finances and future budget reductions. Lots of helpful information is provided during the presentation but also includes time for questions and discussion. As we enter 2026, this will be another election year for the Owatonna school board. In November, the community will be voting to fill 4 seats. Consider if this is something you feel compelled or called to do! Let me know if questions!
